March 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan sold yesterday state medium-term bonds at the Baku Stock Exchange (BSE).

The BSE informs that an issue of SMTBs with ISIN-code AZ0105004698 and volume of AZN 30 million with 728-day circulation term and interest rate of 8%.

The 13 investors submitted 24 orders. The orders were submitted in the price range from AZN 93.0697 (claim for annual yield: 12.0%) up to AZN 101.8365 (7.0%) a bond.

In accord with Ministry’s decision, the cut-off price is set at AZN 100.00 (yield: 8.0%), and the weighted average price is AZN 100.159 (7.9912%). The medium-term bonds were placed for AZN 30 million with nominal amount of bids for AZN 106.575 million.
