WB plans to stop lending to China by 2031

July 1, Fineko/abc.az. The World Bank plans to limit the lending to China to no more than $2 billion until 2031, and after this date, completely stop giving loans to the country.

ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Financial Times, that the multilateral lender has submitted a proposal to its board of directors for consideration. The members of the board have scheduled a discussion of this plan for the week of July 20.
