July 1, Fineko/abc.az. By the decision of the Listing Committee of the Baku Stock Exchange, permission was granted to allow the trading of interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary, registered bonds of Kapital Bank OJSC with total volume of 50,000,000 manats.

ABC.AZ informs that according to the BSE, subscription for the bonds will start on July 3, 2026 and will end on August 1, 2026. The underwriter of the issue is PASHA Capital CJSC.

The main parameters of the securities issue are as follows:

• Number of bonds: 500,000

• Nominal value: 100 manats

• Annual yield: 10%

• Maturity period: 1 year

• Interest payment period: every 30 calendar days from the date of placement of the first bond (monthly)

• State registration number (ISIN): AZ2018005150
