July 1, Fineko/abc.az. The Black Sea Trade and Development Bank has financed projects in Azerbaijan for approx. €500 million.

ABC.AZ reports that Finance Minister Sahil Babayev made the relevant statement at the 28th annual meeting of the BSTDB Board of Directors in Baku.

He added that the BSTDB is one of the international financial institutions that Azerbaijan is a member of: "Azerbaijan's cooperation with the BSTDB has a long history. Our country has been cooperating with the Bank since 1994. During this time, the Bank has financed various projects in Azerbaijan with total value of nearly €500 million. One of the most important areas of those projects is the financial support for small & medium-sized businesses through local banks."
