June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Non-banking credit organization MJ Financial Services OJSC issues new bonds for 2 million manats at the securities market .

ABC.AZ reports that 20,000 interest-bearing, unsecured, non-documentary, and registered bonds with nominal value of 100 manats each will be issued in compliance with the decision of the shareholders’ general meeting on 7 May 2026. The total volume of the issue is 2 million manats.

The annual yield of the bonds is set at 16%, and the circulation period is 18 months from the date of placement of the first bond. Coupon payments will be made every three months, and the quarterly income on each bond will be 4 manats.

Investment company Troni OJSC is the underwriter of the issue to take place at the Baku Stock Exchange.

According to the audited financial statements, by the end of 2025, the total assets of the NBCO MJ Financial Services increased up to 21.97 million manats and the overall capital up to 13.33 million manats. Company's net loan portfolio grew from 12.7 million manats up to 18.1 million manats over the past 2 years and the net interest income - 9 million manats.
