July 3, Fineko/abc.az. TotalEnergies (France) sold to INPEX (Japan) its 85% equity stake in the block 2E on the shelf of Malaysia for $350 million.

The deal also includes an 8.5% stake in the Marjoram gas field.

The Rosmari–Marjoram project, launched in 2014 with participation of Shell, is part of the strategic gas supply for the Petronas LNG complex.
