February 13, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan made industrial output for AZN 3.8 bn in January 2019.

The State Statistics Committee informs that production of industrial goods increased by 3.4% versus the same term of 2018.

"Production in the non-oil industry for January increased by 13.8%. During the reporting term, 72.5% of production was recorded in the mining industry, 22% in processing, 4.8% in production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam, 0.7% in production in the field of water supply, waste treatment and processing," the Committee reported.

In the mining industry the oil production decreased by 0.8% and production of commercial gas increased by 26.4%. Production, distribution and supply of electricity, gas and steam increased by 0.5%, in the field of water supply, waste treatment and processing by 8.1%.
