August 18, Fineko/abc.az. In January-July of this year, gold production in Azerbaijan decreased by 12.1% compared to the same period last year, totaling 1,637.4 kilograms.

According to the State Statistics Committee, as of August 1, ready gold inventory in the warehouses of industrial enterprises declined by 3% to 162.5 kilograms.

During the reporting period, silver production also dropped by 15% to 2,154 kilograms. However, silver inventory in enterprise warehouses as of August 1 rose by 4% to 600.4 kilograms.
