Major tech firms, including ByteDance (TikTok), Adobe, Perplexity, and Sierra, rank among the largest spenders on Microsoft's Foundry platform. Sources reveal that Meta developers specifically utilize OpenAI technology via Foundry to benchmark and evaluate their own AI models. Meta's Chief Technology Officer Andrew Bosworth confirmed that alongside building proprietary systems, the company leases leading third-party models as part of its development framework.
