March 18, Fineko/abc.az. Global airlines are raising ticket prices and shortening routes due to the sharp rise in jet fuel prices caused by the US-Israeli war against Iran.

ABC.AZ informs that Delta Air Lines and American Airlines reported a $400 million increase in fuel costs in the 1st quarter alone.

In Europe and Asia, aviation is under pressure because of fuel shortages and closed airspace in the Middle East, leading to flight cancellations and redirections.
