June 16, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced 10,920.6 tons of sausage products for Jan-May 2023.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the State Statistics Committee that compared with the 2022 same term, the manufacture of sausage products grew by 1,065.8 tons, or by 10.8% (1.1-fold). Over Jan-May 2022, this figure reached 9,854.8 tons.

As of May 1, 2023, the stock of finished products totaled 31.6 tons.

This figure is 2 tons or 6% less than by May 1, 2022. As of May 1, 2022, the stock of finished products amounted to 33.6 tons.
