July 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced 249,200 tons of fertilizers and nitrogen compounds for the first 6 months of this year (20.9% less against Jan-Jun 2025), the State Statistics Committee informs.

The manufacture of urea totaled 248,400 tons (21.1% less than a year earlier).

As of July 1, 2026, the industrial enterprises had 70,900 tons of urea reserves in their warehouses.

Over Jan-May 2026, Azerbaijan exported 124,000 tons of urea.
