23 August, Fineko/abc.az. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev stated that joint efforts between Baku and Tashkent are shaping a new geoeconomic reality—a unified and self-sufficient macro-region with vast potential for shared growth.

The Uzbek leader highlighted critical tasks assigned to transport ministers, emphasizing the need to accelerate the deployment of a joint Caspian shipping fleet under the Middle Corridor expansion.

Key initiatives also include building an Azerbaijan Park in New Tashkent, producing a joint feature film dedicated to Alisher Navoi, and launching the "Two Countries, One Championship" state program ahead of the FIFA Youth World Cup co-hosted by both nations.
