August 18, Fineko/abc.az. By the end of 2026, state budget revenues in Azerbaijan are expected to reach 39 billion 365 million manats. This is 756 million manats, or 2%, higher than the approved forecast.

This is reported in the Ministry of Finance's document titled "Report on the Semi-Annual Execution of the 2026 State and Consolidated Budgets and End-of-Year Expectations."

In the structure of revenues, the oil and gas sector will account for 43.4% (17 billion 85 million manats), while the non-oil/gas sector will represent 56.6% (22 billion 280 million manats). Revenue execution is expected to exceed forecasts by 4% (650 million manats) in the oil and gas sector and by 0.5% (106 million manats) in the non-oil/gas sector.

Taxes and duties account for 45.1% of receipts (17 billion 760 million manats), transfers from SOFAZ represent 32.6% (12 billion 835 million manats), and customs payments make up 17.2% (6 billion 762 million manats).
