August 17, Fineko/abc.az. During the first seven months of 2026 (January–July), 36 auctions were held for the privatization and leasing of state property.

According to the State Service for Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy, stake packages in 3 joint-stock companies, 2 small state enterprises, 1 unfinished construction site, and 616 vehicles were privatized. State budget revenues from privatization reached 112.3 million manats in January–July.

During the reporting period, the State Service executed 2,698 new lease agreements (328 for non-residential premises and 2,370 for land plots). Leases of state-owned real estate generated 32.9 million manats for the state budget.

In total, budget revenues from the privatization and leasing of state property reached 145.2 million manats during the first seven months of the year.
