April 24, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization Aqrarkredit has put up for auction three large non-residential buildings on its balance sheet. The auction will be held on June 2, 2026.

ABC.AZ reports that the sale includes an underground parking lot in Khatayi district of Baku for 1.19 million manats, as well as two parking facilities in the city of Khirdalan, located in residential complex Absheron Youth Town, with total cost of 1.38 million manats.

The total starting price of the lots exceeds 2.5 million manats. The auction will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will be held at the Property Services Center at 20 Khalil Rza Ulutürk Street, Nizami District, Baku.
