January 21, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan produced 1.037 million tons of potatoes for the past year.

ABC.AZ was informed at the State Statistics Committee that this indicator grew by 3.3% versus 2019.

Potatoes were planted on an area of 57 hectares (approx. the same as in 2019 - 56.9 ha).

Over Jan-Nov 2020 Azerbaijan exported 81,343.3 tons of potatoes for $33.77 million and imported 159,300 tons for $43.555 million.
