January 14, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan`s GDP grew by 1.4% in 2018.

Economy Minister Shahin Mustafayev said that country's non-oil sector increased by 1.8% for the past year.

"Industrial production increased by 1.5% and non-oil industry by 9.1%, while growth of agricultural sector reached 4.6% in 2018. AZN 17.2 bn was invested in the domestic economy, including AZN 11 bn in the non-oil sector," the minister said.

He pointed out that Azerbaijan's strategic foreign exchange reserves amounted to $45 billion by the end of 2018.
