September 18, Fineko/abc.az. The Milli Majlis Committee on Agrarian Policy discussed the amendments to the Law on the Acquisition of Land for State Needs and the Civil Code.

According to the amendments, land plots necessary for the construction and restoration of tunnels, metro, railway and tram lines, as well as stations and depots will be acquired for state needs.

This step serves to ensure the smooth implementation, legal certainty, transparency and balance of interests of the state and the citizen within the framework of State Program 2025-2030 large-scale transport projects.
