September 18, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Jul 2026, State Budget profit tax revenues from legal entities increased by 2.2% versus Jan-Jul 2025 up to 5.184 bn manats.

According to the State Statistics Committee, the share of this tax in budget revenues has increased up to 21.97%, that is, approx. 22 manats out of every 100 manats of budget revenues are generated by profit tax.

78.8% of the annual forecast of 6.58 bn manats has already been fulfilled. According to the State Tax Service, among the largest taxpayers (excluding VAT and excise taxes), such large energy companies as BP Exploration, Azneft IB, Lukoil Overseas and Turkish Petroleum are among the leaders.
