September 17, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Aug 2026, economic entities operating in the transport sector of Azerbaijan carried 162.739 million tons of cargo (4.738 million tons, or 3% more against Jan-Aug 2025), according to the State Statistics Committee.

Earnings in the transport and warehousing sector totaled 10.93 million manats (8.7% more in real terms versus Jan-Aug 2025).
