September 18, Fineko/abc.az. KollektA OJSC, which operates in the field of debt management and collection, raised 2 million manats by placing bonds at the Baku Stock Exchange.

As part of the auction, which ended on September 18, 20,000 bonds with face value of 100 manats each were fully sold.

During the placement, 54 applications from 53 investors were registered, and the functions of the underwriter were performed by investment company Troni CJSC.

These bonds, included in the standard segment of the market listing of the Baku Stock Exchange, have maturity of 18 months and annual coupon rate of 16%. Under certain conditions, interest payments will be paid to investors every 30 days.
