September 18, Fineko/abc.az. The State Service for Property Issues (under the Ministry of Economy) has announced an investment tender for the sale of a property complex located in Subkh village of Neftchala district, with total value of 4,946,213 manats.

Local and foreign investors can participate in the competition.

Applicants should submit proposals for an investment program in the amount of at least 8.5 million manats and in connection with the creation of at least 100 new jobs.

After signing the agreement, the winning party must transfer at least 2 million manats to the State Budget.

Applications will be accepted until October 19, 2026, and the evaluation will take place on October 21.
