September 18, Fineko/abc.az. At the presentation of PASHA Bank's financial and business results for the first half of 2026, it was noted that 17,960 unique investors participated in the bank's initial public offering (IPO).

As part of the IPO, during which 5% of the bank's shares were offered at the price of 55 manats per share, the total subscription volume amounted to 66.3 million manats, and the actual placement was 51.3 million manats.

Thus, the subscription rate reached 129%, and the number of applications exceeded the proposed volume by about 15 million manats.
