August 3, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan (CBAR) has released the official foreign exchange rates for August 3, 2026. According to the central bank's data, the official exchange rate of the US dollar against the Azerbaijani manat remained unchanged at 1.7000 AZN.

Among other major foreign currencies, the euro exchange rate was set at 1.9609 AZN. Meanwhile, 1 Turkish lira traded at 0.0358 AZN, and 100 Russian rubles stood at 2.1411 AZN.
