August 8, Fineko/abc.az. The Sustainable and Operational Social Provision (DOST) Agency, operating under the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of Population, closed 2025 with a net profit of 21,000 manats, down 40% compared to 2024.

Over the past year, government subsidies allocated to the agency fell by 12.1% to 273.77 million manats, while personnel costs dropped 13.4% to 252.322 million manats. Depreciation expenses stood at 8.065 million manats (up 8.3%), amortization costs at 3.737 million manats (up 61.2%), and other operating expenses at 5.178 million manats (down 13.9%).

As of January 1 of this year, DOST Agency’s total assets expanded by 20% year-on-year to reach 165.039 million manats. Liabilities grew by 21.6% to 154.879 million manats, while total equity edged up 0.2% to 10.160 million manats.

Established by a decree of President Ilham Aliyev on August 9, 2018, the DOST Agency holds a charter capital of 10 million manats. The inauguration of the first DOST center took place on May 9, 2019.
