June 30, Fineko/abc.az. Over Jan-Apr 2026, Azerbaijan exported 2,853 tons of pears for $1.78 million.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the State Statistics Committee that the figure is 18% more in value terms and 38% more in quantity terms versus Jan-Apr 2025.

Azerbaijan sold 2,725 tons (+40%) to Russia for $1.71 million (19% more than in the previous year), 90.4 tons (+10%) to Kazakhstan for $47,000 (+21%), 15 tons to Georgia for $7,400 (no deliveries in the previous year), 11.3 tons to Syria for $7,330, and 6 tons (-75%) to the UAE for $3,100 (-81%).

This year, for the first time in 16 years (note: open official statistics on foreign trade have been available since 2011), supplies were made to Turkmenistan (3.4 tons for $1,340) and Syria.
