June 9, Fineko/abc.az. A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed between the Association of Banks of Azerbaijan (ABA) and public association “Development of Retail Chains” within the event on the theme “International Summit on Finance and Banking 2026: Global Financial Integration of Turkic States”, which is taking place in Baku.
ABC.AZ informs that the document was signed by ABA President Zakir Nuriyev and Chairman of the Board of the Public Association Araz Imanov.
The signed memorandum is aimed at strengthening cooperation between the parties, expanding the possibilities of integrating the financial and banking sector and retail chains, and implementing joint projects.
