April 7, Fineko/abc.az. The Cabinet Ministers has amended the decision from October 11, 2018 "On approval of the Unified Budget Classification".

ABC.AZ informs that in this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a new decision.

According to the decision, the tax on profits, land, property and value added under equity participation agreements in oil and gas and other production equity agreements is included in the classification of budget revenues for persons operating in the oil & gas sector with at least 51% of shares and stakes owned directly or indirectly by the state.

In addition, proceeds from the sale of specially confiscated property with the transfer to state ownership on the basis of a court decision that has entered into force, the issuance of access permits to operators for international cargo and irregular passenger transportation in order to carry out road transport between Azerbaijan and foreign countries, the issuance of permits for the operation of a taxi ordering operator., making changes to the indicators of technical accounting of vehicles and or conducting a technical inspection of vehicles at the request of the buyer of the vehicle, payments for issuing permits for the movement of large and heavy vehicles on public roads are also included in the classification of budget revenues.

Proceeds from the sale of specially confiscated, confiscated, orphan and transferred to State ownership of property and treasures by state bodies on the right of inheritance are regulated by relevant legislative acts.
