February 27, Fineko/abc.az. The creation of a joint fund of funds (FoF), uniting local and international venture capital funds, is stipulated in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the Action Plan for accelerating Digital Development 2026-28, approved today by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

According to the document, the structure being created will invest in the startup ecosystem.

The financing of the activities stipulated in the Action Plan will be ensured from the State Budget and other sources not prohibited by law.
