February 24, Fineko/abc.az. A legal framework for the creation of private industrial parks has already been formed in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ informs that Economic Zones Development Agency’s (IZIA) chair Seymur Adygozalov made this statement  at a press conference on the activities of his organization for 2025.

He noted that private industrial parks can be created on state lands, private and municipal lands: "Decisions are made on the initiative of entrepreneurs. In accordance with their applications, the investor registers and obtains the status of an industrial park subject to the established conditions. By December 2025, the agency has registered 2 private industrial parks. Last year, one resident was registered in these parks. This mechanism will give an additional impetus to development of entrepreneurship and expansion of production opportunities in the regions."
