August 19, Fineko/abc.az. The Walt Disney Company and its subsidiary ABC have filed a lawsuit against the US Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
The lawsuit, submitted to the Washington District Court, alleges that President Donald Trump's administration is conducting a retaliatory campaign over broadcast content. Disney management described the FCC's moves as an "existential threat."
