January 5, Fineko/abc.az. As of December 1, 2025, Azerbaijan's national debt amounted to 25.27 billion manats, which makes up 19.5% of GDP.

ABC.AZ informs with reference to the Ministry of Finance that of the overall debt, domestic debt totals 17.077 billion manats and external debt - $4.82 billion (or 8.195 billion manats).

Compared with the beginning of 2025, the external debt decreased by $309 million or by 6%.
