July 25, Fineko/abc.az. Over the past 6 months, transactions for 36.855 billion manats were carried out at the securities market of Azerbaijan, ABC.AZ reports, referring to the Central Bank.

The figure is 98% or almost 2-fold more against Jan-Jun 2024.

Part of the half-year figure of 3.072 million manats formed in the primary market (28.2% less), and part of 33.783 billion manats in the secondary market (2.4-fold more).

For Jan-Jun 2025, 15,920 transactions were concluded on the securities market (2.2-fold more than a year ago). The primary market accounted for 1,494 transactions (26.4% more), while the secondary market for 14,426 transactions (2.3-fold more).
