July 7, Fineko/abc.az. Non-bank credit organization Embafinans CJSC is preparing to place bonds for 7 million manats at the Baku Stock Exchange.
Speech is about 70,000 interest-bearing, registered, unsecured, non-documentary bonds, each with nominal value of 100 manats.
The securities will be placed by the method of a single price offer and will be in circulation for 12 months. Their annual yield is 13%. Interests will be paid quarterly. The underwriter is investment company Unicapital OJSC. However, individuals who wish to buy the bonds can also contact other BSE member investment companies.
The issuer does not plan to redeem the securities during their circulation period.
