July 7, Fineko/abc.az. The oil production in the UAE for June exceeded 3.8 million b/d, according to Reuters.

The growth was ensured by the lifting of restrictions after country's withdrawal from OPEC and OPEC+.

Abu Dhabi is increasing exports despite the decline in global prices. The figures approached the highs of April 2020 and exceeded the level of February 2026 (3.64 million b/d).

The acceleration of production followed the withdrawal from the agreements on May 1, which allowed for full utilization of production capacity. The decision was explained by export restrictions due to the situation in the Strait of Hormuz and disagreement with OPEC quotas.
