July 28, Fineko/abc.az. The premiums on compulsory real estate insurance in Azerbaijan amounted to AZN 56.1 million for Jan-Jun 2023 (58.9% or AZN 20.79 million more against Jan-Jun 2022 - AZN 35.32 million).

ABC.AZ reports that the compensations on compulsory real estate insurance were paid for AZN 2.177 million (4-fold, or AZN 1.639 million more against Jan-Jun 2022 - AZN 538,500).

This year’s growth on compensation payments compared with premiums has increased the loss on compulsory real estate insurance by 2.6 times. So, if for Jan-Jun 2022 the insurers directed 1.5 manats out of every 100 manats collected on this type of insurance, then for Jan-Jun 2023 this figure grew up to 3.9 manats.
