August 8, Fineko/abc.az. Azsigorta OJSC ended the first half of 2026 with a net loss of 376,000 manats, down from a net profit of 674,000 manats reported in the same period last year.

From January to June, the insurer's total revenues dropped by 25.1% year-on-year to 5.38 million manats, while overall expenses declined by 9.3% to 5.755 million manats.

As of July 1 of this year, Azsigorta’s total assets shrank by 5.6% to 29.236 million manats. During the reporting period, the company's liabilities fell by 19.5% to 11.029 million manats, and total equity contracted by 1.6% to 18.207 million manats.

Established in 2006, Azsigorta OJSC holds a charter capital of 14.007 million manats. The company is 100% owned by Hikmat Ismailov.
