August 10, Fineko/abc.az. A-Group Insurance OJSC has published its financial results for the first half of 2026. The insurer closed the reporting period with a net profit of 459,000 AZN, representing a 65.3% decline compared to the same period last year.

Key Financial Highlights:

  • Revenue: In January-June, total revenues rose 10.7% year-on-year to 11.13 million AZN.

  • Expenses: Total expenses climbed by 10.9% to 10.671 million AZN. No corporate income tax was paid for the period.

  • Assets: As of July 1, 2026, total assets edged up 0.5% to 28.416 million AZN.

  • Liabilities & Equity: Total liabilities grew by 7% to 14.428 million AZN, while total equity dropped by 5.5% to 13.987 million AZN.

Established in 1995, A-Group Insurance holds a charter capital of 10.005 million AZN. Primarily specializing in health insurance, 100% of the company's shares are owned by Sabir Adnayev, Chairman of the Board of Directors.
