May 31, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan has developed proposals for inclusion in the budget package of 2019.

Azerbaijani Tax Minister Mikayil Jabbarov stated that the proposals have already been submitted to the government.

"The proposals are aimed at reducing shadow economy and increasing accountability," the minister said.

He pointed out that the main goal is to reduce the tax burden, in particular for small- and medium–sized businesses, ensuring equality and transparency in tax administration.
