December 27, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan’s gold miner AzerGold has defined itself with plans on the beginning of production at ore field Chovdar.

AzerGold  plans to complete ground (oxide) development of field Chovdar and in 2020 and start underground mining after 2021.

"As a result of various construction & assembling works on this territory operation of the field was restored and optimized, and it was ensured transition to the 24th schedule of operation and production started," AzerGold said in a statement.
