December 3, Fineko/abc.az. According to the statistics Department of Baku, the volume of trade turnover of the Azerbaijani capital for Jan-Oct 2019 grew by 3.4% (against the 2018 same term) up to AZN 16.929 bn.

The cost of foods, beverages and tobacco products sold in the trade network increased by 3.2% (versus the 2018 relevant period) up to AZN 7.748 bn, and the value of non-foods by 3.9% up to AZN 9.18 bn. 28.6% of consumer goods are sold at enterprises with the status of a legal entity, 48.1% at trade facilities owned by individual entrepreneurs, and 23.3% in the capital's product markets.
