August 25, Fineko/abc.az. During the first half of 2026, 3,489 electronic procurement procedures were carried out in Azerbaijan, totaling 1.7 billion manats. This was reported by the State Agency for Antimonopoly and Consumer Market Control under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

According to the report, the average number of participants per opened tender reached 3.5 during the period. The Agency noted that the e-procurement ecosystem, built on modern digital solutions, enables more efficient management of time, resources, and funds.
