July 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan-Afghanistan working group has conducted its first meeting in Baku today.

Speaking at the meeting, Deputy Economy Minister Sahib Mammadov pointed out that currently 11 Afghan companies are operating in the field of industry, transport and services in Azerbaijan.

Until now, Afghanistan has invested $1.5 million in Azerbaijan's economy. It is possible consideration of cooperation between the two countries in the field of production of building materials, construction, communication, transport, construction of roads, electricity production, land reclamation, agriculture, and packaging of fruits and vegetables.
