August 24, Fineko/abc.az. The National Cybersecurity Agency (MKA) has detected a fraudulent campaign exploiting the name and visual identity of the "MilliÖn" payment system.

Phishing sites target user card details—including cardholder name, card number, expiration date, CVV code, phone number, and IP address—by falsely offering mobile data and call packages for 1 manat. Code analysis reveals that submitted data is redirected straight to third parties rather than a legitimate payment gateway.

Promoted via TikTok and Instagram, the scam has gathered hundreds of thousands of views. Similar templates are also being deployed under the "AzərPay" brand. The agency urges citizens to remain vigilant and avoid sharing card credentials on unverified platforms.
