September 18, Fineko/abc.az. ASBIS Enterprises Plc, a Cypriot IT distributor, acquired the remaining 34.15% stake in its Baku subsidiary ASBC LLC for $490,000, becoming the 100% sole shareholder of the company.

ASBC LLC, which operates in Azerbaijan as an Apple Premium Partner and provides corporate IT solutions, has an authorized capital of $900,000, and the company is currently headed by Ayna Dromina.

Along with other structures of the parent company in our country (ASBIS AZ and Breezy Azerbaijan), a sharp jump was also recorded in the total sales volume.

Thus, in the first half of 2026, the group's sales in the Azerbaijani market increased by 114.8%, rising from $66.2 million to $142.2 million, and our country became the 7th largest market for ASBIS.

Sales in the second quarter alone increased by 111% to reach $83.3 million, driven by large contracts for artificial intelligence servers and strong demand for Apple products.

The main owner and CEO of the group, whose shares are traded on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, is businessman Siarhei Kostevitch, who owns a 36.84% stake through KS Holdings.
