September 16, Fineko/abc.az. A major change has taken place in the structure of the founders of Maksimus LLC, which is engaged in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings in Azerbaijan.

The authorized capital of the company was increased from 10 manats up to 100 manats, and the controlling stake was transferred to ARAL QRUP LLC.

Thus, ARAL QRUP became the main founder of the company with a share of 81.5%.

The share of Mukhtar Gulmamedov, who previously owned 100% of the capital, decreased to 12.5%, but he continues his work in management as the director of the company.

In addition, Turkish citizens Ahmet Tanyildiz, Ishlak Fatih and Ishlak Samet received shares of 2% each.

Aral Group, the executor of such projects as Greenville Residence and Sumqayıt Bağçaşəhər, was founded in 1991 in Turkey and currently unites 9 companies.
