September 8, Fineko/abc.az. APC Nova Company LLC ceases its activities by joining Azerbaijan Poultry Company LLC, writes newspaper "Vergilər" of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

It was noted that in this regard, the second company is being reorganized.

Azerbaijan Poultry Company LLC was established in 2012 on the basis of the liquidated Ucar Aqro LLC and is part of PASHA Holdinq LLC. The authorized capital of the company is 74,455,200 manats. The company is engaged in the production of chicken meat under the brand "Mərcan".
