The company was reorganized by spin-off. As a result, Novara Capital LLC was established.

Currently 49.50% of the authorized capital of Bank Avrasiya belongs to Top Properties LLC, 49.50% to Azbizneskom LLC, and 1% to an individual, Rustam Eynullayev.

The authorized capital of Top Properties LLC is 147,244,352.5 manats, and its legal representative is Vasif Majnunov.
