Polish Businesses Solidify Positions in Ukraine's Reconstruction Efforts

June 24, Fineko/abc.az. Polish companies are planning to actively participate in the reconstruction of Ukraine, positioning themselves across the construction, energy, finance, logistics, insurance, and industrial sectors.

According to ABC.AZ, World Bank estimates suggest that the country's recovery and reconstruction could demand approximately $588 billion, with the largest financial outlays projected for housing, transportation, energy, industry, and agriculture.

By the end of 2023, Polish investments in Ukraine cumulative total reached $780 million. Furthermore, about 300 companies backed by Polish capital have been established since the start of the conflict, structurally anchoring Poland's position as one of the most active participants in the future reconstruction landscape.
